CTECH equips hundreds of students for New Mexico's job market
Albuquerque, NM- U.S. Senate candidate Nella Domenici celebrates the Career and Technical Education Center Hobbs (CTECH) nearing an end to their second year offering vocational programs to high school students in Hobbs, New Mexico:
“For the last two years, CTECH has helped hundreds of New Mexico high school students attain credits, certifications, and internships that lead to good paying and career-driven jobs.
“New Mexico can and should do more to provide pathways for students to enter the workforce with confidence and experience upon graduation. CTECH’s programs should serve as an example of success for equipping our students with the skills and resources they need to contribute to our businesses and economy right here at home.
“I’ve seen CTECH’s top-tier curriculum and campus firsthand. Their state-of-the-art training facility was made possible with the support and collaboration of the business community, City of Hobbs, and Hobbs Municipal School District. I look forward to seeing CTECH’s continued success in year three and beyond.”
